Phil worked with me every step of the way to meet the client’s needs regarding design and budget. After doing my final walk through with the customer I am more than impressed with Northern. The client was impressed with their respect of the home and their need to not cut corners. In my opinion there is no benefit to calling somebody else. They arrived promptly when scheduled and thoroughly tested all their work before they left. This was a major undertaking involving three floors of my home. Northern made every effort to minimize damage to walls and floors even though the problem areas were difficult to reach. At the end of each workday, my house was left spotless when the crew finished.
